The distributorship-agreement covers the sales and marketing and product service of Toshiba's Diagnostic Imaging Systems., e.g. Computed Tomography Systems, Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems, X-ray and Angiography Systems, Nuclear Medicine, Therapy and Ultrasound Systems.

BRIEF HISTORY OF THE COMPANY:

The majority shareholder of the company is Evans Marketing Corporation. In 1994, Toshiba Medical Systems appointed Evans Marketing Corporation, its exclusive Distributor in the Philippines for its diagnostic imaging systems. Since its appointment, the business had grown to unprecedented level that required adequate financial resources and more sophisticated professional management expertise.

To meet the challenges of the expanded volume of business and position of the company to achieve market leadership. the management of Evans Marketing Corporation in 1995, incorporated the PHILIPPINE MEDICAL SYSTEMS INC.
